- Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, operating systems and software applications.- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.- Troubleshoot the system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.- Configuration and maintenance of Microsoft windows server 2012 R2, Active Directory, creation user accounts, sharing and permissions, active directory groups and policies.- Create and email account for new employee and set up email client with Microsoft outlook.- Install, configure and troubleshoot wireless routers, switches and security devices.- Install network printers, scanners and related accessories.- Weekly internal software database backup and maintenance, virus scanning and updating.- Liaison between software vendor when software upgrade to add new features- Provide the end user problems such as windows errors, applications errors and system errors.- Need general software knowledge.

Job Requirements
- Age under 40 years- Any Graduate or Certificate/Diploma in IT- At least 3 years experiences in related field- Good communication skill- English is proficiency
