Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Installing and configuration client computer hardware system and applications
Provide help desk and on-site technical support of both hardware and software.
Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Assist the staff in accessing AMBS software, visiting branch, resolving AMBS related problem when it arises.
Give support, advice and solutions to the tablet problem that might arise to staffs (Loan Officers) during performing office activities.
Provide necessary instruction/information to the staff (accessing computers) on the use of mission critical computer application and system.
Undertake system monitoring and turning to ensure optimum performance.
Interface with users (responsible staff) to identify IT related needs and provide recommendations to Head of IT & MIS for software/hardware requirements of the assigned Area.
Maintain adequate security of data by implementing, monitoring and audit appropriate secure policy.
Assist in preparing and maintaining relevant systems documentation including creation of policy.
Will be visiting at least 4 - 6 Branches in a month as per IT monitoring tour plan and during IT monitoring work need to stay at Branch residence as per company policy.
Making sure all ICT policy are followed and maintained accordingly.
Ensure ant-virus software is always updated and sharing necessary information with users (staffs) potential risks.
Supporting the roll-out of IT related projects and applications
Prepare monthly report and regular follow-up on outstanding IT activities and the status of the implementation of the user requests and key findings.
To submit the regular monthly report and inform any significant issues to the Head of IT & MIS.
To ensure that monthly activities are executed in accordance with the work plan and objectives of the work plan has been achieved.
To be performed as per the management decision on special assignment.
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing complex IT issues.
Able to meet deadlines
Able to stand his/her ground and get timely responses from the stakeholders while at the same time ensuring a smooth collaboration and communication
Able and willing to travel around Myanmar

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in information technology preferred, or 1+ year experience in related IT experiences with relevant qualifications.
Previous working experience as an IT in Microfinance industry will be an advantage.
Any relevant additional certification (CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+ etc.) will be an advantage.
In-depth knowledge of a variety of IT systems, databases, and applications.Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration.Well conversant with MS Office Package, Excel.
Good command of written and spoken English & Burmese.
Integrity and professional ethics
Previous working experience in IT help desk and onsite support will be an advantage.
