  • Monitoring computer systems for malfunctions and errors.
  • Performing maintenance and updates on hardware and software systems as needed.
  • Implementing repairs and updates based on diagnostic assessments.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest developments in hardware, software, protocols, and diagnostic techniques.
  • Must support to ERP Software operation, Tablet sales and promotion scheme for ERP System.
  • Design and testing of new enhancements / integrations / reports for application systems.
  • Other duties assigned by HOD.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate, Preferred IT/Computer Science equivalent preferred
  • Age between 25 to 30.
  • Two year of experience in IT field.
  • Sound knowledge of IT hardware including computers, servers, and other peripherals.
  • Well knowledge of using ERP software operation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization
