Job Description

  • In order to fulfil user needs, to perform as the key technical person to provide end–to-end solution development and deliverables.
  • Be responsible to manage the design for the system architecture and network which related Billing system comprehensively and keep it stable.
  • Due to manage cost effective with innovative solutions, to research the technical trend and cost validity.   
  • To prepare the budgets to realize the technical solutions and explain to managements.
  • To instruct vendor about infra task related work timely to keep the due date definitely.
  • To resolve technical issues and conflicts related to the system and network infrastructure before and after launch
  • To make sure data synchronization between the system and network elements and 3rd party systems.
  • To make sure system performance KPI and make plan for monitoring procedure and capacity planning
  • To report the current task progress periodically.
  • Prepare the material and  presentation skill
  • Good cooperation with team members and related department members
  • Lead & organize the multiple tasks
  • Understanding business risk management
  • Ability to respond quickly when problem happened

Job Requirements

  • Degree (IT/ICT/Telecommunication/Electronic engineering)

  • More than 3 years in IT and telecom related infrastructure work (Architecture, Network, Security)

  • More than 2 years experience for IT Business support system and service launch delivery

  • Server, network, equipment, system security, system solution knowledge and work experience

  • Communication and logical explanation skill

  • Deep consideration for system solution
