To manage the information technology needs and systems of the company, including implementing database and network designs, installing and upgrading software, ensuring systems security and troubleshooting computer issues throughout their organizations.

• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks for head office and project site office.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and others IT peripherals.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with IT related issues.
• Monitor and managing of infrastructure components such as server, storage, network and workstations, wireless access points, e.g.  CCTV, Security Access Control, etc.
• Lead new IT infrastructure set up in Myanmar and work together with Head Quarter technical team in order to complete the appropriate IT system.
• Support the ongoing operations of the IT infrastructure and application system.
• Ability to work outside of normal business hours to provide support as and when necessary to resolve urgent operational issues or to complete project work within expected timeline.
• Other ad-hoc IT duties assigned by Management from time to time.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology, Information Technology, or related fields (other degree holders with relevant job experience is also acceptable)
• Minimum 5 years working experience in IT support of medium to large organizations.
• Good understanding of computer systems and other tech products.
• Excellent problem-solving and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Myanmar languages.
