• Making sure the IT systems run well and support the IT Manager
• Up to 700,000 MMK plus other benefits

The Role
• Make sure entire IT System in the organization is running well
• Identify IT (hardware/software) issues and implement troubleshooting, maintenance and provide the best solutions
• Perform jobs assigned by Manager or Management Team

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related areas
• At least 3 years of working experience in related areas
• Experience in IT assistance, support and helpdesk services in retail industry is advantage
• Hands on experience and good knowledge of IT hardware, software and networking
• Good English communication skills
