The IT Infrastructure Head is responsible for the implementation and operations of all technology infrastructures which includes data center, network and server services, telephony, service monitoring, user support/help desk, workstation management, servers, storage and related software.

• Provide infrastructure services vision, enables innovation and seeks to leverage IT trends that can create business value consistent with the Bank’s requirements and expectations.
• Responsible for ensuring the availability, integrity, and security for all IT systems and infrastructure.
• lead the Infrastructure and Operations teams with overall responsibility for technology infrastructure planning and deployment of technology for various projects
• Manage the planning, project management and implementation leadership, identifying opportunities for automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement
• Conduct product and vendor evaluations ensuring best in echnologies and partners
• Participate in the formulation of the Bank's enterprise architecture and business system plans; assessing cost, and ensuring the plan is aligned with and supports the strategic goals of the Bank
• Hands-on technical depth enables direct oversight, problem-solving leadership and participation for complex infrastructure implementation, system upgrades and operational troubleshooting.
• Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT team for planning and implementing new or upgrade of IT infrastructure.
• Manage the comprehensive disaster recovery architecture and operations, including storage area network and redundant, highly-available server and network architectures.
• Handle the regulatory compliance issues, as well best practices in application and network security
• Lead for delivery of 24/7 service operations and KPI compliance
• Responsible for leading the IT Infrastructure Team with significant impact on achievement of tea, KPIs, with some influence on defining department business strategies
• Negotiate and convince others outside the Bank with similar objectives and perspectives to accept complete plans and proposals
• Required to modify and occasionally improve, existing methods and approaches within own scope, but occasionally affects other areas
• Manage and lead team through expertise in most/all areas within a function
• Require to modify existing methods and approaches within own scope/role
• Execute other duties and projects as are reasonably required of your job, in order to maintain, promote, develop and expand the bank and its interests

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Information Technology or any related field
• Minimum of (7) years experiences in an IT infrastructure role, with at least 3 years in a Management role in the Banking Industry including experiences in a production 24/7 high-availability multi-site enterprise ERP environment, including application hosting, voice and data networks, security and information protection
• Experience of leading overall infrastructure for the bank and network, including multicounty setup, VLAN setup for regulatory requirement, managing data protection, etc.,
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with the IT organization.
• Experience in the most current technologies and products used in the banking industry.
• Prior experience engaging with Technology vendors
• Professional attitude and appearance, good communication and public relation, Customer service mindset and attitude
• Strong problem-solving, managerial and analytical skills; good social and communication skills, coupled with organizational skills.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
