-Provide day-to-day functional supports to Business Users on SAP FICO.
-Assists and solution provide for month-end closing.
-Manage, support and control for Change and Incieent Requests submitted.
-Identify process gaps and recommend/provide solutions to close the gaps.
-Document process flows, prepare functional specifications and user guides.
-Provide trainings to Business Users if required.
-Require involving in end-to-end project life cycle of if new SAP Implementation and Roll-out. Ensure project milestones are met and completed on times.
-Collaborate with other IT Teams, IT Partners, and Service Providers to integrate SAP to External System used by Business Users for the enhancement of their work processes.
- Documentation and end user trainings as per standard enterprise principles.
