• Supporting the school's mission and objectives in all areas of operation
• Managing and overseeing the safe and efficient operation of all matters pertaining to the school's ICT infrastructure and network
• Recommending to the Management any changes in the school's ICT hardware, software or systems
• Recommending to the Management any requirements in terms of additional security precautions related to access to the school's networks by students, faculty or staff
• Assisting the Management to implement in Implementation of all approved new ICT projects
• Assisting the Management to admonition ICT System administration
• Assisting the Management to plan in ICT Manpower Planning
• Ensuring the regular updating of all software used by the school including but not limited to Rediker, MAP, Naviance and MS Office products
• Ensuring that the school's electronic attendance hardware and software systems are operating effectively
• Assisting the Management in organising and providing such training on the use of the school's ICT software and hardware by faculty and staff as may be required
• Recommending to the Management replacement/upgrading of hardware and software
• Assisting Management to upkeep the school IT inventory
• Within an agreed system of supervision, plan briefing of the staff and monitor their performances in line with the expectation.
• Provide objective and accurate feedback and reports as required on daily basis
• Managing YA email system in terms of hosting, new email registration and maintenance
• Developing and maintaining YA website using hosting and content management software
• Implementation and maintenance of MAPS testing environment as upon testing season
• Developing and maintaining school report card transcript system
• Providing networking solutions and implement reliable network system for ease of use in data sharing and browsing through internet and local area network
• Managing CCTV systems
• Handling budget and ensure cost effectiveness with efficient IT assets from reliable vendors
• Other duties that assigned by management

• Proven (5) years working experience in similar roles
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer hardware/software
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues
• B.C.Sc/ M.C.Sc/ B.C.Tech/ M.C.Tech (or) Any graduated with IT related certificate/diploma
