  • Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects.
  • Decide on suitable strategies and objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-project activities.
  • Lead and evaluate program engineers and other staff.
  • Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
  • Apply change, risk and resource management
  • Assume responsibility for the program’s engineers and vendors
  • Assess program performance and aim to maximize efficiency and utilization
  • Prepare reports for program to management
  • Contribute to overall company strategy and policy making by advising the Chairman and CEO.
  • In general, you must follow all the rules and regulations as prescribed in Employee Handbook and Human Resources Policy Manual.
  • This position are reserve for the Special Project Management .

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a IT Software Specialist / Software developer.
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
  • Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
  • Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
  • Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
  • Good Communication in English is mandatory
