IT infrastructure & network management and operation 
- Install, configure, update and support all IT network equipment, including firewalls, routers, servers, switches, wireless AP, VOIP, DNS and DHCP, VMware and printers, in line with the needs of all the organization’s facilities  
- Configure security settings on each of system to optimize network efficiency and security 
- Monitor all system units to prevent capacity overload in the network 
- Ensure that disaster recovery operations are running smoothly and address any service disruption or interruption in the network infrastructure operations  
- Monitor server, network and printer performance and proactively take measures to optimize performance 
- Audit infrastructure for potential vulnerability and make necessary changes to mitigate efficiency or security risks 
- Set-up and manage a backup infrastructure for systems settings and data in line with the company requirements 
- Minimize spam email to employees of the organization 

IT infrastructure, network and software support  
- Build documentation for troubleshooting procedures related to IT infrastructure and network software and hardware 
- Provide technical guidance and assistance to the IT support team members 
- Support the creation/ removal of user accounts and manage access permissions in the various systems in compliance with the information security procedures in place 
- Provide rapid technical support (remote or on-site if needed) to users by troubleshooting problems related to network and system performance or disruption 
- Record clearly issues and resolution updates in the Helpdesk ticketing system 
- Actively work in addressing Helpdesk tickets, including contacting suppliers or stakeholders for resolution within SLAs  

IT assets management 
- Support the sourcing and procurement efforts for the acquisition of hardware and software needed by the organization  
- Manage IT hardware assets by keeping track of inventory, asset status and asset ownership 
- Ensure IT hardware performance by using authorized software, effective virus malware protection solutions and scheduling cache wipe out tasks 

• 1-3 Years of related experience
•  Bachelor Degree (Information Technology or related)
• Hands-on experience in firewalls and IT network security solutions 
• Strong customer-focus mindset is a must
• Advanced PC knowledge.
• Knowledge of Linux and Microsoft Windows LAN Operating system
• Knowledge of LAN, WAN, WLAN system
• Hard-working and willing to learn
