Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Must be contacting with Suppliers/contractors regarding purchasing IT equipment / getting quotation.
Managing and handling LAN/WAN/Point/Wireless/PABX/CCTV/Door Access/Cable installation/network configuration.
Installing & Troubleshooting Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows 7 8.1/Hardware Software.
Updating direct report to departmental HOD
Supporting IT for all projects and field offices, inclusive of HQ in Myanmar.
Analyze and submit the monthly report of troubleshooting monitoring record.
Documenting and monitoring for all incoming, outgoing IT Equipment & Fixed Assets
