A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Internal/External Interactions:
    • Internal
      • Provide the IT Manager and Group ITM with operations daily status updates.
      • Coordinate with the local IT team and User Representatives on a daily/weekly basis.
    • External
      • Build, develop and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the application systems.
  • Functional Responsibilities
    • Perform preventative maintenance adhering to documented procedure and log all steps.
    • Study and understand group business processes carried out through the applications.
    • Recommend process improvements to enhance the performance of applications.
    • Contribute information and recommendations for application improvement during reviews.
  • Knowledge Responsibilities:
    • Study and understand the operation of all application modules.
    • Create ad-hoc and advanced reports and reporting tools.
    • Assist the Business Systems team with IT Operations integration with their systems.
    • Provide training and documentation to promote efficient use of applications.
  • Financial Responsibilities:
    • Monitor operational systems.
    • Assist in maintaining clean and valid data.
    • Work with application suppliers/implementers to track and solve technical issues problems/queries.
  • HR Responsibilities:
    • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
    • Conduct regular coaching and counseling with team members to build motivation and technical skills.
    • Recruits, evaluates and hires team members based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.
    • Coordinate with HR and Recruitment departments to source and hire new staff.
  • Travel Requirements:
    • Visits to other group/customer/vendor sites regionally and globally may be required from time to time.

This position need to work across of business / department / function are require for travel.

Job Requirements

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or IT

- At least 3 years of experience in IT or any other IT related field

- Demonstrate a good knowledge of IT technical overall, especially Microsoft Technologies.

- Love to work hard and love to actively learning new things

- Love to do IT job both technical and non-technical and love to support people

- Must be pro-active, self-motivated and possess a “can-do” attitude

- Ability and track record of success leading and supervising a team

- Strong command of written and spoken English and Burmese

- Ability to manage time effectively a must
