This position is based in Myingyan. 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for installing, managing and maintaining equipment which is used to monitor and control engineering systems, machinery and processes such as (but not limited to) Workstations, Servers, Network Switches, Firewalls, etc.
• Coordinate and conduct regular attestation for OT Cybersecurity as per policies and procedures.
• Provide IT/OT administration & service desk support for internal customer.
• Support O&M team and act as a liaison to cross-functional team for OT System.
• Participate in projects when required.

Job requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of Computer OS, Hardware and Software, and troubleshooting skills of Windows desktop operating system particularly Windows 7/8.1 and Windows 10 as well as Linux OS. Broad understanding of hardware, and software applications.
• Experience administering Active Directory domain, Group Policy, Microsoft Office 365.
• Knowledge in network hardening, security patching, software installation, desktop/network/system set-up, troubleshooting, backup, recovery and maintenance.
• Technical know-how and experience in IT solutions such as (but not limited to) and at least operated in more than one of the following:
  • Experience in managing and support the following applications/systems would be a plus –Mobile Device Management, Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager, Microsoft Lync / Skype for Business, Microsoft BitLocker, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, etc.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), ITIL V3 will be an added advantage.
  • IT/OT Cybersecurity tools.
