Job Description

  • Able to do entire project management, estimate the project cost and take good care of project quality management
  • Informing to and coordinating with other managers and CEO for significant support to the company
  • Collaborating with  Group offices such as  HQ in Japan and APAC region
  • Able to support/ give ideas for learning & development plan coordinating with HR manager and other line managers
  • To take responsibility for project members performance appraisal
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Must have at least 8 years’ experience in System Development.
  • Prefer to have at least 5 year experience of project management .
  • Must have JLPT N2 and above.
  • Must be Upper Conversation Level in English 
  • System Development Experience in Java Projects (Spring MVC or Struts, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, JSP, SQL, etc.)
  • Project Management Experience of schedule, quality control, progress and issues management
  • Project planning, reporting, problem solving and communication skill.
  • Can manage resource of 30-50 members ( Large sized project or multiple medium sized projects).
