Job Description

Identify the project scope and deliverables
Manage on system workflow, system design, database design and documentation
Collaboration with the respective team (internal/external) to execute the project
Perform project planning, project timeline, project monitoring and project implementation
Define project tasks, project milestones, project timeline and resources
Allocate project resources and manage them to get the best effort into the project delivery process
Report the project progress in timely manner
Drive and lead project deliver in time with defect-free software products
Conduct project kick off meeting, project progress meeting, project rollout meeting
Manage project pre & post go-live including backup plan, recovery plan, contingency plan
Support issue management and manage change to meet project deliverables

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Possess at least 5 years experiences in IT project management (software development)
Must have experiences IT software development management in web applications, mobile applications, APIs, database, UI/UX and cloud service
Certificate in project management is Plus
Excellent interpersonal, consultative, communication skills and leadership skills
Self-managed, proactive work style and able to work independently within an agile team
Strong interpersonal, presentation and communications skills in both English and Myanmar
Committed, results-oriented, and solid team player
Trustworthy and able to maintain confidential information with high level of integrity
Able to plan, organize, work under pressure and tight deadline, in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Good to have experience in Myanmar typing
