Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Participate IT transforming by delivering best practices supporting Service Management and overall IT Operations Service Delivery.
  • Involving Service Desk, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and other IT Service Management processes (IT best practices) by implementation agile ITIL v4.
  • Responsible for the ITSM Service Desk and Service Delivery function ensuring that ITLv4 Service Management model is implemented and continually improved.
  • Control, and support Service Delivery; ensuring systems and procedures are in place and followed.
  • Lead continual service improvement and ongoing process maturity through regular reviews of the process and tools, trend analysis and metrics reporting and through regular engagement with stakeholders.
  • Provide direction and goal setting on IT Service management strategy and operations.
  • Provide tactical and strategic recommendations based on ITSM key performance measures.
  • Coordination within the IT Service Management team and cross-functionally to meet IT SM goal and objectives with ITMS best practices.
  • Mentor service and process managers on ITSM concepts.
  • Other related duties as assigned by Immediate Supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
  • Any equivalent combination of experience, training, and education
  • Minimum of ten years demonstrated experience in ITSM and Information Technology
  • Expert knowledge of ITIL framework and have managed transformation and ongoing operations of Service Management processes
  • IT Service Management (ITIL v4)
  • Planning and implementation
  • IT Network Management and IT Operations Management
  • Knowledge of coaching and leadership
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
