A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Configure and install various network devices and services (eg.,routers,switches,firewalls,load balancers,VPN,QoS)
  • Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs,patches,hot fixes,and security configurations
  • Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
  • Monitor system resource utilization,trending,and capacity planning
  • Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
  • Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness,approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
  • Select and implement security tools ,policies,and procedures in conjunction with team leader
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personal for problem resolution

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor in IT and Computer Science or Diploma in IT or relevant field
  • Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role at least for 2 year
  • Additional certification in Microsoft,Cisco or similar technologies is plus
  • Experience with Active Directory implementation and troubleshooting
  • Experience with network service (VPN,DNS,DHCP and WINS) implementation
  • Good knowledge in area such as VSphere,Check Point Firewall,FortiWeb WAF,Window server 2012/16,Wireless,CCTV system,Office 365
