Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests. Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers) Ensure all issues are properly logged Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers. Prepare accurate and timely reports.

Job Requirements
Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role. BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field. Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is plus. Good understanding of computer systems and other tech products. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues. Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal. Able to work in 24/7 rotation shift pattern. Ability to work independently, and with team too. Able to communicate in English.
