• Maintain strong client system documentation to include system reviews and recommendations
• Incident response, monitoring, investigation, project implementation, as well as basic operational support.
• Business Awareness: specific knowledge of the customer and how IT relates to their business strategy and goals
• Support of Microsoft-related technologies: Windows Server, Office 365/Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, etc.
• Maintain daily documentation by entering time, expenses, and all work as service tickets in Connect wise
• Ensure all areas of the resort are supported with proper computer systems.
• Manage installations, upgrades, and configurations of hardware and software
• Maintain and support LAN drops
• Provide support for Workstations and printers related to L1 Support.
• Perform system administration and maintenance tasks including:
- Management of software maintenance/updates (Windows, Office, etc.)
- Management of virus protection and endpoint protection
- General network and user administration tasks
• Manage time and escalate issues as needed
• After-hour /weekend support as needed
• Must have to go to trip whenever the meet urgently case
• Other duties as assigned
