• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, computers, software with weekly schedule, monthly schedule.• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)• Setting up accounts, preparing IT equipment, necessary information for new employee• Caring IT equipment from lost or outage like HDMI converter, printer toner, laptop, mouse, etc• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary• Solving the NSE and brain issue by discussing with IT engineer.• Keeping IT documents carefully.• Preparing payment process.• Recording tickets reported from clients and report to IT engineer
• Degree in Computer Science/ Information technology or any graduate with IT diploma or relative certificates• At least 2 years experience in IT related field with hands-on troubleshooting practice.• Good to have but not necessary (CCNA, MCP, MCSE)• self motivated person with little guidance or supervision
