  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting Network and Server
  • Desktop Management
  • Support Hardware and Software
  • Troubleshooting LAN & Cable problem
  • Support general OS/MS Office/other application running problems or corruptions
  • Install & add Print server and Scan folder
  • Support technical errors for Customer Care Department Employees
  • Daily Report to Customer Care Director and Head of IT Department

Job Requirements

  • B.C.Sc, M.C.Tech, B.C.Tech, BE(IT) related IT Degree or Diploma
  • Having 2 years of working experience in similar positions
  • Good command of Verbal and Writing in English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Can work under pressure
