IT System Engineer for an International Education Services Company in Yangon

  • Monitoring, maintaining, supporting, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents and requests from end users

About the Company

Our client is an International Education Services Company in Yangon

The Role

  • Monitor and test system performance, provide system statistics and reports
  • Evaluate the existing systems and provide the technical direction to IT support staff
  • Oversee the development of customized software and hardware requirement
  • Plan and implement systems automation as required for better efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of working experience in system engineering.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information System or any other related field.
  • Strong experience in provide 1st and 2nd system level support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.
  • Good knowledge in administrating VMware, Linux and Windows Servers.
  • Have experience in provide 1st and 2nd system level support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.
  • Business English communications is a must.
