•    Interviewing various stakeholders to understand the user requirements and to write requirements document 
•    Studying the technical aspects of the users’ requirements and standards 
•    Evaluating various cloud applications vendors to suit the needs of the stakeholders 
•    Working with project team to coordinate the project progress
•    Communicating with the vendor(s) on requirements and ensure that development process outcome is in line with the users’ requirements
•    Coordinating with various vendors to ensure that all required integrations are clearly defined, developed, tested and succeeded
•    Testing the deliverables together with the stakeholders and providing feedback to the vendor(s) to make modifications and improvements
•    Working with the project team for the testing and deployment 
•    Supporting users during testing period, go-live period and after deployment
•    Documenting errors, deficiencies and possible improvements and communicating the findings with the vendor(s)
•    Evaluating performance and user-friendliness of the system 

•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred.
•    Minimum experience of (5) years as a systems analyst, software engineer, and/ or project coordinator
•    Experience in software design and development, cloud and mobile applications, UI/UX development, APIs integration, database systems, ERP systems, and network systems 
•    Experience working with multinational IT companies and healthcare providers in EHR, HIS, LIS, RIS, PACS, DICOM, HL7, CCDA, GDPR a plus
•    Ability to communicate effectively and fluency in English language 
•    Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate with a team.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
