  1. Knowledge of advanced computer hardware, software, CCTV system design and installation by the experts.
  2. Manage regular basic routing plan for overall infrastructure.
  3. Experience with desktop and server operating systems, including Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows Server 2008 and above.
  4. Knowledge SQL query and deep understanding of SQL concepts.
  5. Manage to identify case by case in order to seek the opportunities for software and system improvement.
  6. Executing IT SOP and IT Policies as well as best practice guideline for the organization.
  7. Training programs and workshops for departmental and internal colleagues.
  8. Planning, implementation, and enforce for data management systems.
  9. Planning for backup, disaster recovery, data privacy, Data security, access policies.
  10. Maintain helpdesk operation functions to run smoothly and technical skill advancement for team members
  11. Define strategies, formats, standards, scopes and IT functions
  12. Communicate with IT staffs, coaching, monitoring, appraising performance
  13. Maintain QOS by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  14. Manage VPN firewall routing system for overall infrastructure.
  15. Budget and IT manpower allocations, reformation, assigning and tracking for tasks.
  16. Manage various vendors and freelance
  17. Report to MD, Director and Office Manager
  18. Recommend IT strategies and SOP
  19. Implement digital platform, digitalization, and advancement.
  20. Work will involve hands on server work installing server OS patches and/or other configuration changes as needed.
  21. Troubleshooting technical issue and repairing hardware and software solution including Computer, Printer, CCTV DVR, CCTV camera and network devices.

  • Must be graduated.(Prefer B.C.Sc)
  • Must have at least (5) years in IT fields
  • Good managing and leadership skills
  • Can lead the subordinate.
