Job Description

KBZ Bank is looking for experienced and motivated technologists who possess a unique balance of technical depth and strong interpersonal skills to work in a team of technology specialists and teams to create systems and modules to be deployed on cloud as well as KBZ owned managed on-premises datacentre.

 

As a Technical Operation Support Manager, it is responsible to lead a team of technical administrative team to extend and improve end user support as well as understand the technical operation procedure to support as handson whenever L2 and L3 needs. Point of contact person to communicate with mgmt to handle sensitive data based on security compliance and mgmt requirement.

  • Daily Google Workspace administrative tasks for KBZ domain wide , such as answering phone calls and emails, assisting all employees with remote administrative tasks, generating reports, updating records and accounting tasks. Plan and lead project relating to Google Workspace Environment
  • Administering and maintaining the Mobile device management such as device remote Installation, Security policy and configuration system. Enforce mobile device policies and procedures in the MDM environment.
  • Responsible for managing all bank wide and vendor account management
  • Responsible for billing and invoice settlement by coordinate with finance team and procurement team
  • Create and revise technical documentation including user manuals, Forms and Videos
  • Develop and coach Technical Support Admins to thrive in their roles and gain effective knowledge in processes, procedure and system.
  • Advise and assist with case prioritization, considering impact.
  • Consults with users and IT functions to diagnose and resolve complex problems

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • ITIL certification
  • 5 years plus experience in technology operation support in complex environment
  • Experience supporting remote users and training
  • Knowledge of IT Billing assessment and Charge Back Structure
  • Experience of broader level technical operation mgmt
