Duties of an IT Technician may include but are not limited to:

• Provide day to day technical support to end users and ensure the smooth running of computers, printers, scanners, network and other IT devices.
• Perform tests and evaluations of new software and hardware.
• Configure Computer Networks, both WiFi and LAN/WAN networks.
• Set up, monitor, and maintain server, computer systems, networks, CCTV.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software errors.
• Manage and support delivery of software and hardware to business units and projects.
• Analyzing the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs.
• Monitor and Maintaining the IT Asset Inventory.
• Receiving training on the water fountain software and hardware system from the contractors.
• Conduct regular inspections on all important systems including but not limited to CCTV, water fountain system, network, and computer systems.
• Coordinate with the property management team to operate the water fountain system when required.
• Set up policies and procedures in regard to the maintenance and management of the systems at the project.
• Coordinate with HQ Admin team on IT asset management.
• Perform all other ad hoc duties requested by Property Manager, SP CEO and HQ senior management.  

Job Qualifications & Requirements:

• Graduate or Diploma in Infromation technology.
• Mininum (5) years experiences in IT field. 
• Must be able to deal with networking system and computer software or hardware.
• Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with all levels.
• Must take initiative and be able to work long term.
• Proficient in English is preferred.
• Must be eager to learn and self-motivated. 
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary.
