- Mainly in charge of assisting works in production management department
- Assist Factory Manager to complete operation by scheduling and assigning employees
- Support to Japanese Sales staff to make relationship with staff in Factory
- Analyze and make a plan of which Industry, field, region company will provide and expand their service.
- Report to boss with administrative tasks such as documentations and reports with usiong Japanese launguage/English
- Define the potential products by using product strategy and roadmap
- Interpretation support between Japanese and Burmese
- Manage the orders from Japanese and give indications to workers
-Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements
- Must have over 5 years working experience of production management in manufacture factory
- Must have working experience as Assistant Supervisor level in manufacture factory
- Must have exeperience in making the documents/ email with using Japanese language or English
-Prefer to have working experiense as production management in components factory such as automotive parts , rubber parts or resin parts factory.
-Prefer to have oversea working experience
