A Good Opportunity for ..

Monitor and report applications health ensuring high availability
Monitor application platforms with New Relic, Kibana etc.
User access control (onboarding, deboarding) and role management of digital applications
Support user requests and resolving application incidents within stipulated SLA time
Identify root cause of the reported issues or problems and escalation process
Experience in enterprise applications and digital applications architecture
Manage business and customer relationship

Job Requirements

2-4 years as a developer or IT Application operation support
Java or C#, MogoDB, Oracle DB, Angular, Node JS, Sales Force, Data Lake, Cloud and Micro Service Architecture
SDLC, IT service management, Agile development, testing, CI and industry best practices
Jira and ServicesNow etc
Good listening ability and patient
Team player and always strive for quality
