Job Description

We will be recruiting for this position at the upcoming JobNATION job fair on 16th September 2023 at Novotel Yangon.

  • YGN - 5 Positions, MDY - 7 Positions, NPT - 4 Positions
  • Needs to find new markets.
  • Provide customers with insurance products and services before and after the sale.
  • Provide daily activity reports and service improvement feedback to the team leader.
  • Conduct a customer survey and support the necessary procedure.
  • Policy contracts will be returned to customers.
  • Work with other departments and units to ensure that the business runs smoothly.
  • Keep strong relationships with clients.
  • Negotiate and specify the specific terms of insurance policies.
  • Calculate premium to accumulation during sessions of knowledge sharing.
  • Works closely with relevant section to solve the complaints and uncertain issues.
  • Complete any other relevant responsibilities by your manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Graduated.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Computer Proficiency (Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Adaptability and have willingness to learn and develop new things in insurance business.
  • Ability to multitask and be flexible.
  • Being able to travel is essential.
  • Negotiation skill and Pro-active thinking.
  • Good communication, Time Management and customer service skills
