Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Check the conformity of the vouchers (amount, descriptions, seal or signature of the shop)
  • Prepare receipt and payment vouchers
  • Reconcile daily the cash book closing balance with the cashier cash book
  • Close the general ledger at the end of each month after making the inventory entries (provisions, depreciation)
  • Maintain the records and filing according to the procedures and instructions (CC file, instructions file)
  • Manage daily accounting task.
  • Assist with reviewing of expenses.
  • Assist Chief Accountant to prepare Monthly / yearly closing.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate in Commerce/ LCCI (Level 2 or 3) or equivalent level
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting field
  • Moderate skill in Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to discreetly handle high confidential information
