Job Description

The role holder is mainly handle for the customer service, KYC change process , complaints management, supervisory if needed.

  • To check and update the information in KYC update and Booking data Sheet
  • To ensure that customers are satisfied with provided customer service
  • Monitor the KYC change process.
  • Support the bank side (Maker- Checker) for KYC change process
  • Ensure the effective communication between stakeholders [bank side (Maker-Checker), KBZPay side & KBZPay call center ]
  • Arrange floor plan for customer convenience (together with bank side)
  • To perform all of duties assigned by supervisor
  • To train staff regarding their individual needs for work operation.
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions for customer satisfactory

Job Requirements

  • To assist the Team Leader in coaching new customer service officers and may be required to work in a supervisory capacity in the Team Leader's absence
  • Strong experience on customer service
  • Good listening and communication skill
  • Clear communication skill
  • Taking responsibility
  • Resilience on dealing with unexpected complaints
  • At least one or two years experience of providing the service to the public
  • At least graduated with any specific majors
