  • To delive correct stock informations to customers, right delivery to right customers on-time, flexible policies to arrange return shipping
  • To manage e-commerce order processing and inventory fulfillment
  • To process customer quotes and sale orders accurately
  • To monitor and investigate all orders to minimize fraud
  • To proivde exceptional customer service via phone and email, including taking orders, troubleshooting web problems, and resolving customer concerns
  • To identify operational problems, suggest solutions proactively and resolve issues independently
  • To achieve the target in operation performances
  • Responsible for negotiating contracts, transportation and handlign costs, ensure proper documentation of each customer and inventory issues.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate
  • Have knowledge in shipping/ warehousing norms and POS
  • Ability to pay attention to detail
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent Myanmar and English communication skills (both written and verbal)
