 Welcome Fresher .......
 Prepares and records asset, Liability, revenue and expenses entries by compiling and
analyzing account information.
 Maintains cash & bank balance accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling
transactions resolving discrepancies.
 Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance,
reconciling entries.
 Delegate financial responsibilities to accounting team.
 Weekly account receivable, account payable & cash balance report.
 Filing accounting related document.
 Check with bank account & deposit cash received reply to our customer by mail.
 Chase account receivable customer & collect account receivable if necessary.
 Ensure compliance with all internal process.
 Reconcile accounts payable and receivable Must be able to submit cash book / Sales
report / Purchase report / Stock report well.
 Must be able to maintain accurate daily income and expenditure statements.
 Must be able to calculate Profit & Loss.
 Must be able to submit monthly report once a month.
 Always make report to Manager and work closely with team
 Go banks, tax office and other places if necessary.

Job Requirements
 Any graduated (Majored in Economics is preferred)
 2 or 3 years’ experience in Finance field
 Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Excel must be used
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Strong ability to collaborate well with other to accomplish the result.
