An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Maintain up-to-date billing system.
  • Generate and send out invoices.
  • Follow up on and allocate payments.
  • Attend customer(s) queries
  • Carry out billing according to specific deadlines.
  • Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and Cutomer query
  • Maintain Form -31.
  • Any other ad hoc assigned as and when necessary

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related (essential).
  • 2 years of accounting work experience (essential).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Familiar with accounting and billing system
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
