1.Payable accounting 

Checking all payment and received documents for office expenses and site expenses before transfer to Chief Accountant and CFO for approval

Checking and compare advance and prepaid balance to suppliers for office expenses by weekly & monthly (Just for office)

Prepare weekly cash outflow for office expenses & site expenses

 

2. Generals

Scan & save finance document in server and attach in software

Support cashier for bank affairs such as withdraw, payment, transfer

Help & support to Chief Accountant for necessary

Male/Female

Job Requirements

- B.com or B.Act or Bachelor Degree and Certificate in accounting such as LCCI

- Abaliable New Graduate

- Knowadge in Microsoft Excel & Word

- Goods in English

- Age between 22 to 24
