• -Traced transactions with journal entries and supporting documents,• -Assisting the senior accountants in producing financial accounts and management accounts• Vouched expenses with supporting documents,• Prepare and check daily cash book to report accurate cash balance in hand and cash in record every day• Keeping up financial or account records.• Can go trip if needed• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices and update accounts payable and perform reconciliations• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines• Assist with reviewing of expenses and petty cash etc.• Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings• Assist in ad-hoc administrative,corporate secretarial, finance related duties when assigned

Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree, LCCI 2 and 3 (UK)/B.com• Age between 20 ~ 30• Audit Knowledge or Experience is an advantage.• Good skills of computerized accounting, MS Office, Word & Excel Skills• Good communication skill in between clients, subordinates, directors etc.• Flexible, reactive, trustful and calm under pressure• Must have continuous learning• Be able to work under pressure• At least work experience 2 years in related field
