Customer relationship management: develop customers through phone calls or on-site visits, understand the dynamic needs of customers and explore their needs;3. Business negotiation: responsible for the whole process of business negotiation and business implementation;4. Business assistance: assisted and guided various departments of the company in business development, program preparation and customer relationship maintenance.5. Daily work: complete the assigned work of the company, and report the business situation regularly.

Job Requirements
1. Sales experience, banking and financial institution working experience is preferred and Fresh Graduated are also welcome:2. Major in finance, law, accounting and economics is preferred;3. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, Chinese is preferred4. Have high enthusiasm for work and like the working atmosphere of the bank.5. Strong learning ability and excellent communication skills;6. Outgoing, quick thinking, good adaptability and pressure bearing ability;7.
