Job Description

This role is to support, giving service and maintenance all that related to ATM matter in that region and ad-hod assignment as per requirement by NPT Team Head. Also, closely working with NPT ATM team in daily basis for the operation needed.

  • Daily monitor and follow up ATM that need for support
  • ATM Machine Service & Maintain and First Level troubleshooting
  • ATM cash replenishment at public and OTM replenishment
  • Good relationship with Branches and Payroll customer in Government office in ATM service and support
  • Assist and working closing with NPT team head.
  • Working as a team and proactive manner.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite .
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
