Job Description

This role is to support cash transactional reconciliation for ATM under NPT region ATM team and not limited for the further additional ATM needed. Also working closely with HO reconciliation team for daily operational matter related with cash reconciliation. 

  • Daily monitor and follow up ATM that need to be cash reconciliation
  • Finding, report and assist on ATM that not reconcile to related stakeholder
  • Good relationship with Branches and Currency team on cash reconciliation matter
  • Collaborate with cross department as needed for further reconciliation
  • Working closing with NPT team head on reconciliation and also with HO reconciliation team
  • Ability to support and explain to related stakeholder regarding with cash transactional reconciliation for ATM.
  • Team working manner and good in detailing

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite .
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
