  • Assistant  Document Preparation for all submission
  • Archiving all documentation properly
  • Assist PM/ Supervisor to cooperate with project & project support team
  • Attend project meeting & client meeting if require
  • Issued & prepare project  VO/ Additional ,design & related submission document for approval
  • Check & Coordinate with Finance Department (In/Out Payment)
  • Issued  & Prepare handover document
