Role summary:

 

  • To handle and proceed travel insurance (Inbound and Outbound products)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collecting the insured list and proposal from sales team
  • Checking and preparation of required document and submit to supervisor/ manager
  • Keep records of insured list and related document in IT system
  • Calculate premium and issue debit notes
  • Coordinate with other departments internally such as finance, commercial, etc…
  • Statistic preparation for monthly report, quarterly report and financial year report
  • Other work assigned by manager

Job Requirements

Experience:

  • One year experience in any business operation
  • Able to use Microsoft office

Competencies:

  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate customers’ needs and department requirements
  • IT skill for actuate data entry
  • Efficient afford to carry out duties
  • Ability to work well any circumstances
  • Willing to learn insurance knowledge for any products

Qualifications:

•     Bachelor degree (Any) – Business related degree will be added advantage.
