  • Perform daily operation troubleshooting and diagnostics for software related issues
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking core banking technical assistance
  • Apply the best solution based on the issue and details provided by core banking users
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on software
  • Maintain daily performance of core banking system
  • Construct reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in related field
  • Experience working in Banking Industry in the area of Technology would be an added advantage
  • Possess knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle database and programming
  • Experience in database and query
  • Able to converse in English and Myanmar; and strong business acumen
