Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day client communications and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
  • Preparing sales proposals, presentations and reports for client meetings
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, product and customer support to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Participate in client meetings, take notes and follow up on action items.
  • Good organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Help coordinate workflow between departments to meet client needs

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree. 
  • 2 or 3 years experiences in digital marketing, account management, or a related field.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, gather market and client data
