Job Scope

This position reports directly to the Engineering Manager and will also work in cooperation with the, supervisors as needed.

Job Description

Applicant must do repair and maintenance of production equipment’s (Mixer, Dough sheeter, Deck oven, rotary oven, proofer and so on.)
regular servicing of chiller and freezer at the Seasons Bakery Outlets
maintain the lighting and air conditioning.
maintaining and modifying equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficient
Update engineering manager with regular reporting of progress and status
Other duties may be assigned
