• Handle currency, transactions, and confidential information in a responsible manner.• Counting and packaging currency.• Monitor to way planning and cash collections.• Execute the collection process for defined customers.• Active communication with customers (inbound and outbound calls).• Responsible for timely collection assign and report to line manager.• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager from time to time.

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.• Work experience in Banking sector and cash handling experience is a must.• Exceptional skills in time management, communication, negotiation, multitasking and customer service.• Basic Computer and Excel skills.• High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy.• The ability to process transactions quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
