  • Interfacing with business partners to ensure Yoma Fleet provides   the promised levels of service to world-class standards.
  • Full understanding on the workflow of Vehicle Tax Clearance   procedure and follow up to get taxation documents within the limited   timeline.
  • Liaise with Vehicle dealers to provide taxation documents and   collection of vehicle owner book and related documents.
  • Monitoring all new vehicles registration and vehicle license renewal   process. Ensure all vehicles must be done vehicle’s license renewal &   Operator license without overdue or failure.
  • Monitoring GPS device installation request and ensure to create   purchase order to do GPS device installation and kill switch on all purchased   brand-new vehicles.
  • To ensure vehicles’ insurance policies must be renewed before   the expiry dates. Make necessary negotiations with customers and team members   to achieve to have a valid insurance policy.
  • Contribute fully to the development of company strategy across   all areas of fleet operations, challenging assumptions, and decision-making   as appropriate.

  • Able to display very strong negotiating skills

  • Possess a Myanmar driver’s license and be able to drive
  • Graduated 
  • At least one year experience in respective field.
