Job Description

  • Answer calls and respond to emails
  • Handle customer inquiries both over the phone and by email
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Route calls to appropriate resource
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Complete call logs and generate call reports

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
  • Experience in Facebook Page handling is an extra
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  •  Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Familiar with usage of computer (Microsoft office & Excel) and modern technology (mobile application).
