  • Support to users for daily data uploading and operations of production process of AG Group.
  • Assisted in effectively for SAP-Production Process.
  • Work together with key users, business process owners and line manager.
  • Solving daily operation issues for SAP-Production Planning and Execution.
  •  User training, testing, and supporting for stakeholders.
  •  Able to work in time and timeline up to completion.
  • Report to Team Manager for updates on current issues status and work plans.
  • Ad hoc job assignment by manager.
  • Perform administration jobs for team.
  • Continuously learn and improve skills.

Job Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science.
    Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP.
    Knowledge on ERP general capabilities, keep up to date on EPR future releases.
    Experienced in Software Development Life Cycle.
    Preferably with experience in ERP Full Cycle Implementation.    
    Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
    Ability to work with multiple cross teams as well as Business.
    Good at problem solving/team player.
    Good communication and presentation skills.
