Job Description

  • Work with SA network and maintain minimum 2 special project team for BCP.
  • Work and have strong relationship with Bank Branch Operation and Branch Management Stakeholders.
  • Ensure all agreement with SA’s are renewed on time with revised clauses and approval from BU head.
  • Ensure all utility bills, all 3rd party payments are clear on monthly basis.
  • Ensure lease agreements monitored before 12 months from expiry and due approval taken before 4 months if to be renewed.
  • Support centers with all administrative support like maintaining physical assets like ac, generator, floor etc.
  • Distributing administrative stuff like uniforms, calendar etc. to all centers.
  • Coordinate with marketing for KBZPay social events and arrangements.
  • Ensure all asset management cost is budgeted well and monitor cost accordingly.
  • Be the SPOC for center to address all administrative tasks.
  • Maintain KBZPay vehicle and fuel consumption at different centers.
  • Make business trip locally for required new center set up when necessary.
  • Support Deputy Business Unit Head preparing new center planning and budget approval.
  • Work as back up support for other VCGMA’s task in their absence.
  • Train new team members on all aspects of delivering the Center operating Experience.
  • Conduct studies related to projects and special topics as directed by superior/s.
  • Propose cost control plans for all centers.
  • Creating and presenting regular reports to Deputy Business Unit Head on daily basis
  • Demonstrate flexibility to perform every other duty as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Recognized degree (preferably in Business Management, Business Administration).
  • Minimum 3 years in Management Level.
  • Relevant Experience in project Management and customer service.
  • Able to demonstrate effective communication with minimum (4) scales with internal/external customers, colleagues, vendors and management including producing reports, preparing, organising and delivering presentations using appropriate tools and techniques, and taking a leading role in meetings and discussions.
  • Good analytical skills and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a team environment.
  • Good Leadership and people management qualities.
  • Effective in contributing towards the objectives of the team, and able to share knowledge, ideas and information.
  • Computer skills – proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Presentation skills and Negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail /organizational skills.
  • Sales and Distributor Management Skills.
